Refund Policy

TREE PACKAGES
We are unable to process refunds for the Mānuka, Tōtara, or Kauri Tree Packages due to the nature of this product, however for any unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur we will take these into consideration and at the Directors full discretion may be able to offer a refund. Please email us at grow@mytreelegacy.com for refund queries. 

Due to the nature of tree planting there is a chance of purchased trees dying after planting. My Tree Legacy will take all reasonable steps to ensure the health and welfare of all planted trees. Wherever possible, we will replace purchased trees that have died with new ones of our choosing, at no extra cost to the purchaser, and send updated details of the new tree. Tree species may vary depending on availability and may be different to the original tree.


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Should we stock any physical products, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not happy with a product (refer to Damages and Issues) or you have changed your mind (please refer to Exceptions / Non-returnable items).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at My Tree Legacy. If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Change of mind returns are returned at the purchaser's cost.  In the case of returned items due to faulty items, we will send a return shipping label or make other suitable arrangements. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
